If you own a knee brace, go grab it.
I’m serious. Go get it.
Now look at it for a second.
The straps.
The velcro.
The thick material.
The bulky shape.
The part that digs behind your knee when you sit down.
Now ask yourself one honest question:
Do you actually like wearing it?
Not “does it help a little?”
Not “is it better than nothing?”
Do you actually like wearing it?
Because that’s where most knee support products fail.
They may give you support for a while…
But then they slide down.
They bunch up under your pants.
They make your leg sweat.
They dig into the back of your knee.
They feel too tight when you walk, but too loose when you sit.
And if you tighten them enough to stay in place, your leg starts feeling numb.
That’s not support.
That’s a compromise.
